mask squeeze

A lovely example of mask squeeze. Was there bleeding in the whites of the eyes? I agree with Glen that it will recover - the only alarm bell being if sight has been affected.

Any chance of getting the photo for teaching purposes?

Eye Marks

Hi Peter,

These look like the results of a mask squeeze to me. Probably related to a new mask particularly if the volume of the mask has changed significantly (gone from a higher volume to a low volume mask). Also has the person got amy other medical issues (like taking aspirin) or clotting disorder?

Otherwise it is essentially a bruise and she will have a couple of shiners for a few days.

Cheers Glen
